  Ordered apple pie was told if I would like caramel pie instead as no apple pie ready??? I said no! Was told it would take a few minutes, and she would bring it out to me... NOT EVEN.. AFTER EATING BURGER AND FRIES SLOWLY... STILL NO APPLE PIE??? TRIED TO CATCH HER ATTENTION THRU WINDOW SHE JUST TURNED HER BACK ON ME, SO WENT IN!!! STILL NO SIGN OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE...HAD TO SAY "APPLE PIE"??? THEY JUST LOOKED DUMBLY AT EACH OTHER!!! FINALLY A BOY GETS IT AND GIVES IT TO ME WITH A HALF HEARTED "SORRY".. DIDN'T EVEN MEAN IT...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OF... SIGN ON SERVICE TABLE SAYS IN BOLD LETTERS "WE DELIVER TO YOUR TABLE" WHAT BS NOT EVEN... SHOULD not PROMISE SOMETHING YOU CAN'T Be bothered DOING...

  I come nearly every 3 or 2 days after work because I'm a chef and have no time to go home to cook me a nice meal before having a shower and sleeping for work the next day. I always order no pickles or onions in my burgers. Any how the last few months I'm having to drive back from my house to mcdonalds because they have been putting onions and pickles in my burgers, forgetting to put the meat in my burger, giving me the wrong order or giving me the wrong burger meaning I could've paid $15 for a meal and I get given a meal worth $7. Now I don't usually get angry because I know how busy these people are and the things they go through each day but come on! Tonight I bought the big mac blt and was given a big mac -.- idk if there's a price difference but there is a difference between the burgers. I'm actually too tired to go back and change my burger over, not to mention I have to get up in 5 hours for work. It's not hard to remember one burger, because that's all I got -.-

  Customer service was sooooo slow, they seemed more interested in the drive thru.

  The operator taking my order thru drive thru was rude , hard to understand and kept rushing thru my order , speaking while I was trying to order. At the end I didn't even know what I had ordered
